Global Forest, Paper & Packaging Survey 2006
Now in its 9th year, the survey provides an insight into the major companies, issues and events shaping the industry. This yearÂ’s survey summarises the 2005 publicly available year-over-year financial information of the PwC Top 100, the 100 largest forest, paper and paper-based packaging companies in the world, ranked by sales revenue. It also includes summarised results in the key forest products-producing regions, plus an overview of the 19th Annual PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Forest and Paper Conference held in May 2006 in Vancouver, Canada.

PricewaterhouseCoopers recently conducted its second series of interviews with CEOs
in the forest, paper and packaging (FPP) industry. We interviewed 26 executives from
leading companies and organisations around the world. The objective, as with the first
set of interviews in 2006, was to learn more about executivesÂ’ opinions of the state of
the industry, the key issues it faces and its future direction.
