Olle, born in 1956, graduated from The Royal Institute of Technology as a Master of Science, Mechanical Engineering, in 1983. From 1985 to 1990, he held several positions at SCA Ortviken AB, the last years as Sales Manager. In January 1991, he started his career in Norske Skog and spent the first 4 years in Golbey as Quality Manager. From 1995 to 2000, he was Sales Director for Magazine Paper. He then left Norske Skog for some years and held various management positions in the Swedish paper industry. In January 2005, he returned to Norske Skog as Vice President Operations and later Vice President Global Sales Governance until he was appointed General Manager of Norske Skog Saugbrugs in June 2008.
