The Board of Directors (PRIMA Council) is made up of marketing experts from the forest and related industries in several different countries. The Council is elected at the Annual General Assembly which takes place at the PRIMA Conference.
An Executive Committee, which has responsibility for the day to day running of PRIMA, consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Executive Director.
